By commencing parking (i.e., entering the parking lot with a registered license plate), a contract is established between the operator and the customers (the vehicle’s driver and passengers) for the outdoor parking, storage, safekeeping of the vehicle and the execution of the airport transfer procedure, based on the following general terms and conditions:

Traffic Regulations
The parking lot operates 24 hours a day.
The use of the parking lot is at the user’s own risk. The operator assumes no liability for any potential damages.
The entire area of the parking lot is subject to the rules of the Hungarian Highway Code (KRESZ); the maximum permitted speed is 10 km/h.
The traffic regulations and the General Terms of Service become applicable upon entering the parking lot, i.e., when crossing the entrance gate.
Vehicle movement and parking within the lot are directed and assisted by the parking staff when necessary.
Vehicles must be parked in accordance with the staff’s instructions. If no specific instruction is given, vehicles should still be parked in such a way that does not obstruct other vehicles from entering or exiting, nor passengers from loading, unloading, getting in or out.
Vehicles must be parked in a locked state, with built-in electronic and mechanical security systems activated.
For online reservations, cancellations are allowed if made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the parking. Cancellation requests can be submitted through any of the provided contact options.
Providing false information during online reservation is the legal responsibility of the customer.
No complaints regarding the service will be accepted after the parking lot has been lawfully exited.
Security and Safety Measures
Upon entering the parking lot and initiating the parking service, the operator records data in accordance with data protection laws, for verification, evidentiary, and security purposes.
Vehicles and clients are recorded via a camera system. These recordings are used solely for the operation of the parking service, retained by the operator for 30 days after the end of the service relationship, after which they are deleted.
The recordings may only be provided to authorities as specified by law and only for official use.
The operator assumes no liability for any direct or indirect claims resulting from disputes over vehicle ownership rights.
The operator’s responsibility is limited to the outdoor, uncovered parking area. The operator does not assume liability for any contamination occurring during outdoor storage.
The operator and the staff do not inspect valuables left in the passenger or luggage compartments of vehicles and therefore accept no liability for such items.
The operator assumes no liability for any damage to navigation, telecommunication, video, or audio devices forgotten or left in the vehicle.
The storage of any flammable or explosive materials (other than fuel in the tank), live animals, hazardous or toxic substances, perishable goods, radioactive materials, or any other items prohibited by law is strictly forbidden in vehicles. If such suspicion arises, the operator will notify the authorities, and further actions will follow legal orders.
The operator accepts no responsibility for damages arising from violation of these rules; all damages shall be borne by the customer.In case of a dispute about the vehicle’s condition, the burden of proof lies with the client. Even if successful, the cost of proof may not be charged to the operator.
Pricing and Parking Fees
The current price list and promotions can always be found on the official website.
The client may pay the parking fee in advance online or upon arrival at the parking office, using cash or bank card.
The client acknowledges that a vehicle may only leave the parking area after the parking fee has been paid. In case of dispute, the parking staff is entitled to withhold the vehicle.
In case of a payment dispute, no further claims may be made in relation to the withholding of the vehicle.
The current price list constitutes an annex to the contract.
Consumer Dispute Resolution Procedures
If your consumer complaint is rejected, you are entitled to submit your claim to the Conciliation Board competent according to your place of residence or stay, or to the one you indicate in your request.
Initiating a procedure at the Conciliation Board requires that the consumer first attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the business.
Unless the consumer requests a personal hearing, the Conciliation Board will hold the hearing online using electronic tools that ensure simultaneous voice and image transmission (hereinafter: “online hearing”).
The business is obliged to cooperate in the Conciliation Board procedure. Accordingly, we are required to submit our written response to the board within the deadline.
Except for cases covered by Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council on consumer online dispute resolution, the business must ensure the participation of a representative authorized to reach a settlement.
During the online hearing, a representative of the business authorized to reach a settlement must participate online.
If the consumer requests an in-person hearing, the business representative must at least participate online.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are unable to use the parking service after paying by bank card, we will refund the amount minus 10% of the paid fee.

Airport Transfer Process
The operator provides airport transfer between the parking lot and Liszt Ferenc Airport Terminals 1, 2A, and 2B using their own vehicle, for clients using the parking service.
The transfer fee and airport entry cost are included in the stated parking price.
For return transfer, after your flight arrives and you’ve collected your luggage, please call the number provided during parking. Pickup will take place at DEPARTURES zone 7.
If the client cannot be found at zone 7 after requesting the transfer, an extra fee of 3,000 HUF will be charged.
Transfer service is provided on demand, not on a fixed schedule.
The operator undertakes to provide transportation:
upon arrival: within 5–15 minutes
upon return: within 10–20 minutes
Travel time between the parking lot and the terminals is 5–15 minutes, depending on traffic.
The operator will make all reasonable efforts to meet these timeframes, but is not liable for delays due to technical issues, unavoidable traffic, or official measures.
Our staff assists with safe entry and exit of passengers, and with luggage handling.

Online bookings can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the parking period starts, via any of our published contact methods.
Providing false data during online booking may result in legal consequences.
Post-exit complaints regarding the service cannot be accepted.
Security Measures
Upon entry and during parking, the operator records data (including video footage) for verification and security purposes, in compliance with data protection regulations.
Cameras record both the vehicles and the customers. The recordings are used solely for parking operation purposes and retained for 30 days, after which they are deleted.
The operator may only provide recordings to authorized authorities.
Any claim arising from disputes about vehicle ownership is excluded against the operator.
The operator is not liable for dirt or contamination due to outdoor parking.
The operator and staff do not inspect or take responsibility for valuables left in the car, whether in the passenger or luggage compartment.
Liability is excluded for damage to electronic devices (navigation, communication, video/audio) left in the car.
Flammable, explosive, perishable, toxic, radiating, or harmful substances, live animals, or anything prohibited by law may not be stored in the vehicle.
If there is suspicion of any such storage, the operator will notify authorities and act as instructed. The customer bears any resulting damages or consequences.
In case of disputes regarding vehicle condition, the burden of proof is on the customer. The cost of proving otherwise cannot be claimed from the operator, even in case of success.
Parking Fees and Payments
Current fees and promotions are listed on our website.
Payment can be made online in advance, or on-site upon arrival, in cash or by card.
Vehicles may only exit the parking area after payment. In case of disputes, staff may retain the vehicle.
No further claims can be made due to the vehicle’s retention.
The current price list forms an appendix to the contract.

Consumer Dispute Resolution
If your complaint is rejected, you may contact the competent Conciliation Board based on your residence.
The procedure requires that you first attempt to resolve the issue directly with us.
Unless personal attendance is requested, hearings are held online via secure video/audio platforms.
Businesses are legally obligated to participate, provide written responses, and ensure the presence of a representative authorized to settle.

Airport Transfer Process
The operator provides door-to-door transfer between the parking lot and terminals 1, 2A, and 2B of Liszt Ferenc Airport.
Transfer fees are included in the parking price.
Upon return, after flight arrival and luggage collection, please call the number provided during parking.
Pickup takes place at Departures Zone 7.
If the client is not present at Zone 7 after requesting the transfer, a 3,000 HUF fee applies.

Arrival: transfer within 5–15 minutes; Return: within 10–20 minutes.

Other Provisions
The operator must store the vehicle in an outdoor secured lot, return it in the recorded condition upon payment, and ensure safe vehicle movement and transfer service, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer must pay the listed fees and comply with these rules.
The operator enforces all rules but is not liable for third-party acts (e.g. vandalism, theft), whether by authorized or unauthorized persons.
In all matters not covered by this regulation, the Hungarian Civil Code and related laws apply.
